7:00 – 8:00 Monday - Friday Teens 12-17 years old
8:10 – 9:10 Monday – Friday Teens 12-17 years old
9:15 – 10:15 Monday – Friday Kids 8-12 years old
10:30 – 11:30 Monday – Friday Teens 12-17 years old
Class Limits:
Due to COVID-19 Restrictiions, we are limited to 9 participants per session. To limit that, please contact me at; alan@crowrivercrossfit.com to register your athlete.

Single Session
• $199; $174 each additional child
Physical Training Program
Our goal is to build well-rounded athletes. Studies have shown that athletes with physical imbalances tend to get injured at higher rates. Our programs will address the areas of strength and fitness that include: Core, Single Leg Strength, Dual Leg Strength, Upper Body Pushing and Pulling Strength, Speed, Agility, and Power. We will also focus on Aerobic and Anaerobic Conditioning.
Program structure – There is a difference between training and exercise. Our program is NOT an exercise program. It is a training program progressively designed to improve overall strength and conditioning.
• Monday, Wednesday and Friday – Speed, Agility, Power and Strength Focus
• Tuesday and Thursday – Speed, Agility, Power and Conditioning Focus
