Your Youth and Teens will Learn and Develop:
  • ​Positive attitude. We believe in developing positive character traits of the youth in our program. Positive attitudes come from positive experiences.
  • ​Our program builds well-rounded athletes. Studies have shown that athletes with physical imbalances tend to get injured at higher rates. 
  • ​Speed, Agility, Power, Strength and Conditoning. They are all separate characteristics and need to be trained differently.
  • ​Core – All movement begins with the core. Our programs work on both core stability and core strength. 
  • ​Single Leg Strength – The goal is to build stability (balance), strength and power (in that order) in each leg. 
2 Five-Week Sessions
Session 1:
• June 8th – July 10th
Session 2:
• July 13th – August 15th
Session Times:
7:00 – 8:00 Monday - Friday Teens 12-17 years old
8:10 – 9:10 Monday – Friday Teens 12-17 years old
9:15 – 10:15 Monday – Friday Kids 8-12 years old
10:30 – 11:30 Monday – Friday Teens 12-17 years old


Class Limits:
Due to COVID-19 Restrictiions, we are limited to 9 participants per session. To limit that, please contact me at; alan@crowrivercrossfit.com to register your athlete.

Single Session
• $199; $174 each additional child 



Physical Training Program
Our goal is to build well-rounded athletes. Studies have shown that athletes with physical imbalances tend to get injured at higher rates. Our programs will address the areas of strength and fitness that include: Core, Single Leg Strength, Dual Leg Strength, Upper Body Pushing and Pulling Strength, Speed, Agility, and Power. We will also focus on Aerobic and Anaerobic Conditioning.

Program structure – There is a difference between training and exercise. Our program is NOT an exercise program. It is a training program progressively designed to improve overall strength and conditioning.
• Monday, Wednesday and Friday – Speed, Agility, Power and Strength Focus
• Tuesday and Thursday – Speed, Agility, Power and Conditioning Focus

Summer Training Program Coaches
As a father/son duo, we have a passion for training and developing  young athletes. Travis is a 4th degree blackbelt in Taekwondo and has competed internationally. Alan is a CrossFit Level 2 trainer (among other certifications) and is the ower of Crow River CrossFit.
